When you submit a form on this site we store the details you provide — name, contact information and your message — to respond to your enquiry. The form also sends your IP address and browser details, which are kept with your enquiry to guard against spam. We do not sell your information.

To keep automated spam out, forms on this site run a background check from Cloudflare Turnstile. It looks at your browser and connection, not at what you type, and never asks you to solve a puzzle.

Saved homes, saved searches and recently viewed listings are kept in your own browser, on your device. While you browse anonymously we do not receive them.

When you identify yourself, by sending us a message or by signing in where this site offers an account, we associate your activity on this site with you. That includes what you saved or viewed beforehand, and it is available to the agent this site belongs to.

The chat assistant on this site is provided by Broker&Agent, the system the agent uses to keep track of clients. To keep your conversation and remember your visit, it stores a random visitor number in your browser. It records the pages you view, the homes you view or save, searches you save and figures you enter in the mortgage calculator, and it keeps the messages you send it. If you give your name, email or phone number, that activity is added to your record. You can clear the visitor number by clearing this site's data in your browser.

This site counts its own visits: the page, the site that referred you and clicks on the site's buttons, as aggregate numbers. That count sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and keeps no IP address.

Our servers keep a record of requests to this site, including the IP address, browser, page and time. The MLS that supplies the listings requires this record, and it is used to protect the listing data and to detect misuse. It is kept for about 90 days and is not used for marketing.

This site uses third-party services to operate: MLS listing data; maps from Esri and OpenStreetMap; hosting, security and spam protection from Cloudflare; Broker&Agent for the chat assistant and client records; and an email delivery service that routes your enquiry. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts. These providers have their own privacy practices.
